1. Right of Withdrawal
1.1. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
1.2. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.
2. Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
2.1. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement
2.2. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

3.1. If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and not later than 14 days after the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
3.2. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
4. Return of Goods
4.1. You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from the contract to us.
4.2. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
4.3. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
5. Defective or Incorrect Products
5.1. If you have received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible at info@limitlesslab.mx.
5.2. We will assess the situation and, if applicable, replace the product with a new one at no additional cost to you.
